Fun Friday Fitness Games
This is a low impact cardio for older adults who love to groove to classic rock & roll.
30 minute class
HIIT the Turf
This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class consists of periods of vigorous activity with short rest breaks. This workout will burn calories and fat, increase strength, boost confidence, improve aerobic endurance and aid coordination, increase balance, changing lifestyle outlook and motivate long-term health. You can expect calisthenics such as pushups, lunges and crunches and plyometric moves and jumps, all in a circuit training format.

Low Impact Training & Beginner Bootcamp
This low impact training class consists of opportunities to improve strength, balance and flexibility. Perfect for beginners, seniors and those with mobility issues. Use light hand weights and resistance bands on a stability ball or chair for full body toning, balance and flexibility.

Steel Mill HIIT
A high-energy, full-body workout designed to burn fat, build strength and boost endurance in less than an hour. Using timed intervals of intense cardio and strength exercises, you'll alternate between powerful work periods and short recovery breaks to keep your heart rate up and your metabolism firing long after class ends.

Strength & Resistance
A log-impact class that uses dumbbells to build muscle and strength. This workout will target different muscles with each class such as shoulders, back, chest, biceps, triceps, quads, hamstrings, glutes and more. Includes stretching to finish up.
